What is Midgard Idle (.com)

Idle MMORPG built for the browser where you put together a roster of adventurers and send three of them to hunt together, with automatic combat. It has hunting with the game closed, limited by banked hours, a player market with an option to sell in USDT and a shop funded by donations. Not to be confused with the Midgard Idle at midgardidle.ro, which is a different game.

• Every character starts as a Novice; at level 10 it chooses between Swordman, Mage, Archer, Acolyte, Merchant and Thief, and second classes appear at level 50.
• For now each account has a single squad: up to 12 recruits, with 3 fighting at the same time.
• Since August 18, 2026 there is offline hunting: each hour spent hunting banks one hour of hunting with the game closed, up to a cap, and the Premium Plan banks more hours per hour played.
• The player market opened on August 20, 2026, with listings, auctions and buy orders; the game also provides for sales priced in USDT, paid straight to the seller's Solana wallet, minus the market fee.
• Guilds arrived on August 18, 2026, the Relic Arena (ranked PvP) on August 29, 2026 and the World Raid, a weekly server-wide campaign, on August 31, 2026.
• Premium Plan, boosters and other shop items cost Midgard Coins, obtained through donations; the shop lists Pix, card and crypto (USDT, BTC and others).
• The shop states that it does not sell cards, equipment, boss loot or combat points.
• During the Alpha, Midgard Coins spent or saved will return to the account when the phase ends, with a 20% bonus.
• Each vote on TopIdle is worth 1 day of Premium Plan, delivered through the in-game mailbox.
• The game can be installed as an app from the browser (PWA), with its own icon and window.

Do you need to keep the tab open?

According to the Midgard Idle (.com) site, the account keeps progressing with the tab closed.

Offline hunting spends hours banked while playing (one hour hunting yields one hour away, up to a cap; Premium yields more). After sending the squad out, the tab can be closed. Not everything runs with the game closed: Adventure Path encounters, for example, are left out. Your offline hunt is ongoing. You may leave this screen or close this tab. So here, keeping the tab open is more about following the account, responding to events and noticing when something goes wrong than about keeping progress.

Rules: multiple accounts, automation and VPN

What the rules published by Midgard Idle (.com) said on Sep 22, 2026:

• Multiple accounts: the site doesn't say. The site publishes no terms or rules; there is no information on how many accounts a person can have or on a per-IP limit.
• Automation (bots, macros, scripts): the site doesn't say. Combat is already automatic by design (the group fights on its own and the bag can sell everything automatically), but there is no published rule on third-party bots, scripts or macros.
• VPN and proxy: the site doesn't say. There is nothing about VPN or proxy; the game only warns that antivirus, firewall or the network itself may block the live connection.
• Selling items for real money (RMT): allowed. The game's official market provides for listings priced in USDT, paid from the buyer's wallet straight to the seller's Solana wallet, with a market fee and no refunds. How to leave Midgard Idle (.com) running in IdleDeck
