Creature idle RPG where a squad of up to three Slumas hunts on its own across dozens of regions, with capture, rare variants, breeding and fusion. It has ranked PvP, guilds, a global player market and offline training that yields EXP for up to 12 hours; the rules forbid bots and external automation.

Do you need to keep the tab open?

According to the Sluma World site, the account keeps progressing with the tab closed.

in offline training, the profile and equipped Slumas earn EXP for up to 12 hours; the site doesn't mention items or drops in this mode. Your profile and equipped Slumas will earn EXP for up to 12 hours. (source)

So here, keeping the tab open is more about following the account, responding to events and noticing when something goes wrong than about keeping progress.

How to leave Sluma World running in IdleDeck
