Stonegy: what it is and what the rules say

What is Stonegy

Browser idle MMORPG with automatic hunts, parties of up to four players on the same map and systems such as Wheel of Destiny, Weapon Proficiency and houses. Officially launched on June 25, 2026, it gets frequent patches (Monk, Char Bazaar and coin transfers arrived in August). The rules prohibit external automation and tools to keep the session active, and only recognize trades made through the official systems.

• Official launch on June 25, 2026 (version 2.0.0); the update list goes up to the September 10, 2026 patch.
• Parties of up to 4 players hunting together on the same map.
• The home page highlights automatic hunts, skills and training, Wheel of Destiny, Weapon Proficiency, houses and party hunts.
• The Monk vocation arrived on August 14, 2026, coin transfers between accounts on August 15, 2026 and the Char Bazaar (buying and selling characters with Stonegy Coins) on August 18, 2026.
• Runs in the browser on PC and phone and can be opened as an app.
• Donations credit Stonegy Coins (100 coins for R$ 10 in the smallest pack), used for Premium Time, boosts and cosmetics; the terms say coins cannot be converted into money.
• Referrals: each referred player who activates 30 days of Premium Time is worth 1 point, redeemable for rewards.
• Minimum age of 13; from 13 to 17 only with parental permission.
• The rules ban outside programs that keep the session always active, pretend the player is present or get around the inactivity disconnect.

On TopIdle, Stonegy got 4 votes in September 2026 — #5 most voted in Tibia Idle, out of 7.

The community rating is 2.3 out of 5, with 13 reviews: gameplay 2.5, polish 2.5, and real-money trading (RMT) 1.8.

Do you need to keep the tab open?

The Stonegy site doesn't say whether the account progresses with the tab closed (checked Sep 22, 2026).

The site does not say whether the hunt continues with the tab closed. The client shows an inactivity notice saying the character remains active in the game, and the rules prohibit external tools to keep the session active or get around the inactivity disconnect.

You can find out in an hour: note your XP or loot, close the tab, come back later and compare. If nothing changed, the game needs the page open — and a regular browser slows down or even discards background tabs (see why idle games stop in the background).

Rules: multiple accounts, automation and VPN

What the rules published by Stonegy said on Sep 22, 2026:

• Multiple accounts: limited. The rules do not prohibit having more than one account, but they provide for limiting, undoing or punishing the use of several accounts, characters or sessions when the goal is an unfair advantage (economy, rankings, referrals, bosses, market, party and other systems). • Automation (bots, macros, scripts): forbidden. What the game automates is allowed; bots, macros, scripts, autoclickers, extensions, browser or WebSocket/API automation and tools to keep the session active or simulate presence are prohibited. O que é automático dentro do sistema oficial é permitido; automação externa para obter vantagem é infração grave. (source)
• VPN and proxy: the site doesn't say. The rules and terms do not mention VPN or proxy.
• Selling items for real money (RMT): forbidden. Trading through the Market, trade and official systems is allowed; trades outside them, including for real money or Pix, are not recognized and cannot be advertised on the official channels, and the black market is treated as an offense. The official Char Bazaar uses Stonegy Coins, which the terms say cannot be converted into money. IdleDeck and Stonegy

Stonegy's rules prohibit browser automation and external tools to keep the session active, simulate presence or get around the inactivity disconnect.

That's why this page doesn't teach how to leave Stonegy running in IdleDeck. The app is still useful for games that allow it — and it never plays for you: it doesn't click, doesn't type and uses no VPN.
